Okay, so I was working on a Christmas quilt and in the process of sewing a dress, but then a friend found out they’re going to have their first grandchild. I am a big fan of babies having handmade quilts, so I offered to make her one.
The nursery theme is the Wild West, as the parents train cutting and roping horses, so I’ve got my thinking cap on, and in the process, I found this darling print!
So here I am, auditioning fabrics for the centerpiece image and the piano key border I’m planning to put in diamond shape at the center of the quilt.
