WEDDING RING by Emilie Richards
As I move through recommending some of my favorite books/authors, the Shenandoah Album series by Emilie Richards has to go on that list. As a quilter myself, the quilting in these books interests me greatly, but far beyond that is the richness of the world she creates, the depth and complexity of her characters, the difficult issues she tackles in the course of telling just simply a whale of a good story. I’ve loved many books by her, but these are especially compelling and a treat to read.
