Faith gives us the hope to conquer fear! I think in this time when I am surrounded by two awful fires (I live in Reno) and the air has my asthma roaring, putting some faith in the equation may help. I owned a home at Lake Almanor that didn’t make it, and lived at Tahoe for twenty years. As my son said yesterday, this year hit us right in the solar plexus.

Thank you for the positive thoughts! It is hard to believe that the two places that mean the most to me could be so horribly caught up at the same time. I really look forward to more of your monthly “reinforcements”.
