My sweet sister-in-law gave me an Instant Pot, and in trying it out, I ran across this yogurt recipe. I’ve made yogurt for a boatload of years by all sorts of methods, but this is by far the easiest and most foolproof. Even my eggs-and-bacon beloved has gotten hooked on yogurt for breakfast! PS I use Icelandic yogurt for my starter (my son introduced me to it, and it’s got great protein like Greek yogurt but tastes WAY better!)
