I know there’s nothing wrong with a plain jeans jacket, but I got a yen to mess around with mine. I’ve only basted on the first part and am working on some more flowers to add to the back, then I have to figure out what I want to do with the front! I plan to appliqué all this on with embroidery stitches and may try a little embroidery on other parts of the jacket itself, though doing that on denim might be a wee bit ambitious. Not your standard embroidery fabric! My fingers are cramping a bit already, just at the thought of forcing a needle through fabric designed NOT to wear out!
