My granddog Ace, as it turns out, really likes sweaters. Though we don’t get all that cold here (he lives in Dallas), Boston terriers don’t have that much hair. He’s such a sweetheart that I was delighted to get the chance to knit him two sweaters. One I just finished blocking so will go out tomorrow, I hope, but here is Ace in the first one. I didn’t have a pattern but did have good measurements from the kids, so though I ripped out the first one all the way to the neck one time, it eventually worked out. The second is a different yarn, so needed some adapting, too, but fingers crossed he likes this one, too! (I’m told he really likes the first one, and who am I to question pet communication skills?!?)

I love the first one! It looks like it has some purple in it!??…my favorite color and kind of sporty! The blue one looks like it is very soft and a little more classy. Did you know that your granddog Ace is a GQ kind of dog?…very trendy! We need to arrange a “meet-cute” with my female mini schnauzer Lilly!
